For me it depend on what is included in the "content" and

the quality of the production. Since I enjoy watching a wide variety of sports and non-sports related TV programming, (like Maroon Doom said) I probably won't be glued to the ACCN 24-7. However, if I get an opportunity to watch live broadcasts (or even replays) of sports that normally get televised, then I may flip over to the ACCN to check it out. Also, it may depend on my choice of activities (TV related or non-TV related) at the time.
